HI FLEX understands that many customers have a 24/5 or 24/7 operations and that helping these customers around the clock can keep the operations running and productivity high. Continuing production means lower cost of ownership and higher ROIs when using HI FLEX products and services. The hotline will be answered by a HI FLEX Field Service Manager.

The Service Hotline is in addition to an Applications Hotline where customers can talk directly with one of HI FLEX’s application engineers during normal business hours.
